Does anyone know of anything you can put on boston ferns that make them grow bigger?

I seen something about putting some type of tea on them %26amp; it kept them from browning %26amp; made them grow bigger %26amp; fuller. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea. Just let me know. Thanks!

Used tea grounds and coffee grounds can be dried and then worked into the soil of plants. Ferns will not grow and may die if they become root bound in the pot so if they have been in the same pot for awile, you may need to re-pot them. Another thing that is good for them is to cut them in half in the fall. I know a lady that cuts hers into fourths by using an X pattern. Mine are not real huge yet so I cut them in half. You pot each half and they will quickly fill in the pot and you'll have two ferns from one. I also use the Miracle Grow potting soil.
Reply:Miracle grow is a good product.
Reply:I agree with Miss Carlet...go miracle grow...
Reply:if you have a fish tank evry time you do a 25% water change dump the dirty water on the ferns. i used dirty fish tank water on my whole garden and my garden looked liked bush gardens. keep them watered though or they will burn up.
