What is the difference between Wardleys bullseye 7.0 and Seachem liquid Neutral regulator ?

Ive been using wardleys bullseye 7.0 and been fine. I would like to use the Seachem 7.0 liquid Regulator as it is less expesive and will last longer. I have two low tech tanks with java fern and Anubias.

What is the difference between Wardleys bullseye 7.0 and Seachem liquid Neutral regulator ?
If you have lo-tech tanks, then I wouldn't even bother messing with your pH. Most of the time, your water is too hard to keep the pH at 7.0, so it'll pop back up to where it was.

If you want to keep it more lo-tech, add driftwood and soften your water the natural way.
