Do we have a local or international law banning the use of forest plants or trees (i.e. tree fern)?

Some of these plants are forced to adapt or acclimatize in the surroundings that are not suited for, so as expected they die, do they know (landscape designer, gardener, etc.) many of these specie is endangered now,, can anybody tell me the law prohibited the use of these poor plants.

Most endangered species you are banned from taking or importing to most countries, so you would have to source them illegally.



Plants used by Landscapers and Gardeners are in such high demand they are grown commerically by nurseries. Customers demand plants to be well rooted and certain sizes, so hacking them out of the bush is not going to meet their needs.
Reply:i didn't know tree ferns were endangered..they sell them in the nurseries. But as for laws banning using endangered plants the only law I know of is removing the plants themselves from there habitat...IE..barrel cactus..it's sold in stores but removing them from there habitat is illegal.
