Can anyone please explain how each stage is similar for fern and angiosperm and how they differ? It is not easy to understand the life cycles by reading it alone. Thanks.
Alternation of Generation - Gametophyte and Sporophyte stage in ferns and angiosperms?
The sporophytes are what you see (ferns, and trees themselves.) The gametophytes for each are much smaller.
