My answer would depend on why U shld take all of them at the same time. Fern C and mucosolvan cld be taken together for respiratory problems like a cough if U are suffering from one. Powerjoints and anlene if U got arthritis. To be safe, U better take them few minutes apart so as to prevent interaction of the ingredients. Interaction may potentiate or lessen the effects of substances U take.
By the way, to treat arthritis or osteoporosis, avoid much calcium or hi-calcium milk. There are studies that show that high calcium intake without the corresponding intake of magnesium in their proper ratio will worsen the development of the problem.
