We recently had a tornado come through our area and it blew down the tree that gave my ferns alot of shade.Will they survive in part sun part shade?
Will ferns grow in part sun part shade?
They should be ok in partial shade. I had some along the front of the house that got shade in the morning %26amp; evening; otherwise it was full sun (north side of house in Pasadena,Tx). It did rather well with a decent amount of watering.
Reply:Many will. We have several that are in part shade and they do just fine.

Reply:Depends of the heat and how much sun--it won't in south Texas I know. Perhaps you can transplant it.
